基隆人有多愛咖啡？
傳統市場裡聞得到咖啡香、邊挑衣服能邊喝咖啡，連買花的時間也不能閒著，對著中山陸橋品咖啡、吃蛋糕，這樣的生活才美好。

基隆火車站異地重建，站前的樓房歷經數十年風雨仍原地不動，不過不少店面開始舊瓶裝新酒，就像這家FLOW CAFÉ複合式經營，二樓是咖啡店，三樓是花藝店，讓老屋展現新氣象。
位在孝四路和忠二路交叉口，三角窗位置，對面就是因舒淇主演的千禧曼波取景而成打卡景點，一直說要拆了，不過只聞樓梯響，未見人下來，想朝聖的，還是記得順便來走一趟。
一樓門面窄小，拉皮過的牆面和木質拉門有復古的味道，就像要打開一間小酒吧一樣。
但開門後是個通往2樓的舊式直上樓梯。
純白牆上照出樹枝和欄杆的燈影，別有洞天的感覺。
二樓咖啡店的空間真的不大。
2張雙人座、1張4人座和一排對窗約坐4人的位子而已。
天花板吊掛著乾燥花，擁擠的櫃檯也勉強找出些蛛絲馬跡，擺設和一般咖啡店差不多。
想「探花」，就要從內梯更上一層樓。
和二樓同樣的裝潢風格，但是從櫥櫃到桌面擺放，到處是乾燥花，真的是間花屋。
三樓風景更佳，可以直眺藍色的中山陸橋，可惜3月天也是雨季，水氣迷矇了窗外的景緻，要不然會更美吧？我想。
雖然也有座位，不過店家說三樓還是以花藝教學為主，在空檔和假日人多的時候才會開放在三樓喝咖啡。
小巧的菜單像個學生隨手取用的筆記本，很符合這樣花藝教室和咖啡店結合的氛圍。
咖啡和甜點都出自店家手作，極具個人風格。
飲品
哥倫比亞咖啡
朋友點的哥倫比亞咖啡，色澤看起來應該是比較像淺中烘焙，倒下來時伴隨著熱氣就能聞到一股酸香。
喝起來果然苦味不若酸度明顯，但酸是一種果酸的甘醇，入口酸，入喉酸中帶甜，香氣迴盪口鼻，也有提振精神的效果。
黑糖拿鐵
喜歡嚐鮮的我，點了這杯黑糖拿鐵。
滿斟的一杯，奶泡上面灑滿了黑糖粉。
大概是第一次喝這種口味，原本預期會有很強烈的黑糖味道，結果是種細緻的甜香，搭配咖啡和牛奶風味，非常順口。
甜點
檸檬糖霜蛋糕
很像老奶奶檸檬蛋糕，但是類似甜甜圈的中空，加上白色糖霜如熔岩般的流洩，視覺上就很吸引螞蟻人。
糕體綿密扎實，吃起來酸酸甜甜，還帶有檸檬切絲的口感，和單品咖啡最搭。
提拉米蘇
這在台灣已是很平常可見的蛋糕，剛剛在偷看店家灑可可粉時的專注，讓我對它更充滿期待。
帶有酒香的手指餅乾和香濃的慕斯，組合起來的口感鬆軟綿密，奶味很足，加上可可微微的苦甜，整體輕盈不膩。
FLOW CAFÉ位在火車站南站，附近就有停車場，到基隆旅遊、嚐美食，累了可以來這裡喝咖啡、歇歇腳，偷得浮生半日閒。
突然想到為什麼店名叫FLOW？
Flower是花，去掉er，就是flow，在英文是流動的意思，也符合火車站前人來人往的概念，對嗎？
